Lipp Tank / Spiral Tank

Lipp Tank / Spiral Tank

Lipp storage tank's plates are made of stainless steel and galvanised steel. The plates are folded at the edge by folding machine and the plates would hold together after being bended.  Lipp storage tanks (a.k.a. spiral storage tanks) are suitable as storage tanks for Water, waste water, sewage sludge Bio, sewage and landfill gases Reactor for sewage treatment plant Edible oils, potable water, grains etc  The advantages of having Lipp tanks as storage tanks High static stability Corossion resistant Long life Completely impermeable Substrate-flexible  Automated, efficient on-site construction Low assembly and investment costs Minimal installation space required Low maintenance costs read more

Epoxy Coated Bolted Tank

Epoxy Coated Bolted Tank

Compared to glass fused to steel tanks, epoxy coated storage tanks are more budget, in which epoxy coated storage tanks will provide significant cost advantage over others. Life span of epoxy coated storage tanks is about 20 years, in which epoxy coated storage tanks are suitable for most of the applications including drinking water, wastewater and slurry. The Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) is an electrostatically applied coating system with superior coverage and uniform coating thickness. Epoxy coating is the economical solution that ensures high performance corrosion resistance for storage tanks. All epoxy coated panels are finished in YHR's ISO cerified factory before being delivered to the clients. The advantages of using Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coated Bolted Tanks Excellent anti-corrosion performance Fast installation with better quality: design, production and quality control in factory Safe, skill-free: less working aloft, no need for long hour worker training Less influenced by local weather Low maintenance cost and easy to repair Possible to relocate, expand and resue Fine finishing and with good appearance Applications of Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coated Tanks   Municipal Wastewater Industrial Wastewater Portable Water Fire Protection Water Biogas Digester Slurry Storage Sludge Storage Liquid Leachate Dry Bulk Storage read more

Glass Fused to Steel Bolted Tank

Glass Fused to Steel Bolted Tank

Glass layers are coated on steel, and being heated to ~800+℃ to have a strong bond to steel; the glass layer with SiO2 rich (~40%) is a very strong chemical resistant layer that could resist aggressive mineral acids such as 20 % HCl (Hydrochloric Acid), 98 % H2SO4 (Sulfuric Acid), 85 % H3PO4 (Phosphoric Acid), 90 % ClCH2COOH (Chloroacetic Acid) and etc. The unique chemical resistivity of the glass coated steel tank is not just useful for storage of potable water, it is also useful for storage of many other corrosive materials such as acids and alkalines.     Other than high chemical resistance, the glass layer is an excellent inorganic layer for corrosion resistance, and abrasion resistance. The smooth finishing surface of the glass layer ensures minimal friction loss in the flow. Glass Fused to Steel tank is especially useful for wastewater that contains high Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and high viscosity due to its smooth finishing surface. One may observe that over years glass coated surface is still as smooth as newly installed, and does not chalk, fade or discolour, a community can expect the appearance of their tank to remain for years into the future. While other painted tank coatings erode, rust and fade away over time, the glass coating will continue to hold its curb appeal. Erection of bolted tanks consumes much lesser time compared to other tanks. Bolted Storage Tank is like a Lego – it is built from prefabricated panels and joint with hot dip galvanised bolts and nuts and sealed with sealants. The hot dip galvanised bolts and nuts will prevent galvanic corrosion occur in the storage tank; and the sealant is NSF-61 certified, in which it is safe for drinking water use. Erection of bolted tanks requires minimal level of confined space as the bolted storage tanks are erected by jacking systems (compared to reinforced concrete tanks with scaffolding structures that requires much larger space during construction). Requiring lesser space (especially confined space) would reduce safety risks, hence reduce installation time. In conclusion, the benefits of the high chemical resisitivity glass coating, fine surface finishing with high abrasion resistivity, and conveniences in installation ensure the Glass Fused to Steel Storage Tanks to be a popular choice over other types of tanks! read more
